A BABY-FRIENDLY WAY TO ESTABLISH GOOD SLEEP HABITS
The Sleep Guide for Babies and Toddlers is an easy-to-read guide that offers parents a practical, no-nonsense approach to establishing good sleep habits and solving their little one’s sleep problems. It contains various sleep strategies to suit different parenting styles and infant temperaments. The approach is parent- and child-friendly, and shows parents how they can help their child sleep well without leaving her to “cry it out.” A lot of useful new tips have been added to the chapter on toddlers (± 1 to 5 years). Even a parent whose little one does not have a sleep problem, should find this book informative and helpful in establishing good habits from an early age, and preventing problems later on.
